Regina McCann Hess, CFP®, CDFA® is the Founder and President of Forge Wealth Management, where she brings more than 25 years of experience helping individuals and families plan, preserve, and diversify their wealth. Known for her client-centered approach and commitment to education, Regina guides clients through every financial stage—from building portfolios to navigating major life transitions like divorce or death of a loved one. She has completed the Amicable Divorce Professional Training (January 2025) and the Collaborative Divorce Training (April 2025), further strengthening her ability to support clients through divorce with empathy and professionalism.
Regina is also the author of Super Woman Wealth: How to Become Your Own Financial Hero, written to empower women to take charge of their financial lives with clarity and confidence. The book radiates her passion for turning money talk into something approachable and empowering, giving women the confidence and tools to truly own their financial journey.
